Requirements:

- Two layouts per kit (2 or 3 kits per month)
- Post them at DST, and two of your choice.
- Enable me at least once in a month, and promote my designs whenever it's possible
-Post my sales and kit announcements on your blog.
- Be active in CT Forum.
